Chapter 813 — Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants
ORS 813.614 Tampering with ignition interlock device; penalty
(1)
A person commits the offense of tampering with an ignition interlock device if the person does anything to a device that was ordered installed pursuant to ORS 813.602 that circumvents the operation of the device.
(2)
The offense described in this section, tampering with an ignition interlock device, is a Class A traffic violation.
