Chapter 820 — Special Provisions for Certain Vehicles

ORS 820.040 Inspection of vehicles

(1)

The Department of Transportation, in enforcing the safety code established under ORS 820.030, may inspect any vehicle that is described under ORS 820.010 or 820.020.

(2)

Upon request, the Superintendent of State Police shall assist the department in these inspections.
