Chapter 820 — Special Provisions for Certain Vehicles
ORS 820.220 Operation of low-speed vehicle in prohibited area; penalty
A person commits the offense of operation of a low-speed vehicle in a prohibited area if the person is a person with a disability and the person operates a golf cart or substantially similar motor vehicle on any highway with a speed designation greater than 25 miles per hour.
The offense described in this section, operation of low-speed vehicle in prohibited area, is a Class D traffic violation.
