ORS 830.997 Penalty for charter boat violations

(1)

Violation of ORS 830.435 or 830.460 or a rule adopted pursuant to ORS 830.450 is a Class A misdemeanor.

(2)

Violation of ORS 830.440 is a Class B misdemeanor.
