Chapter 98 — Lost, Unclaimed or Abandoned Property; Vehicle Towing

ORS 98.432 Uniformity of interpretation

This Act shall be so construed as to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law of those states which enact the Uniform Disposition of Unclaimed Property Act.
