Chapter 105 — Property Rights

ORS 105.190 Covenant of good faith and fair dealing; rights and obligations of parties

Whenever a covenant of good faith and fair dealing is implied in the lease of real property, a party’s rights or duties under such covenant may be modified only by express provision in the lease agreement.
