Chapter 105 — Property Rights

ORS 105.870 Limitation on commencement of action

Any cause of action granted by ORS 105.850 to 105.870 is barred unless such action is commenced within 60 days after the date upon which the change of use becomes effective and use of the streets is prohibited or restricted.
