Chapter 105 — Property Rights

ORS 105.452 Applicability of Oregon Receivership Code

If applicable under ORS 37.040, the Oregon Receivership Code applies to receiverships commenced under ORS 105.420 to 105.455, except that the provisions of ORS 105.420 to 105.455 control over conflicting provisions of the Oregon Receivership Code.
