Chapter 183 — Administrative Procedures Act; Review of Rules; Civil Penalties
ORS 183.338 Use of term “noncitizen” in rules and regulations
As used in this section:
“Noncitizen” means an individual who is not a citizen or national of the United States.
“State agency” means any state officer, board, commission, department, division, institution, branch or agency of the state government.
A state agency shall use the term “noncitizen” to reference an individual who is not a citizen or national of the United States when promulgating a rule or regulation that references an individual who is not a citizen or national of the United States.
