Chapter 183 — Administrative Procedures Act; Review of Rules; Civil Penalties

ORS 183.453 Representation of Oregon Health Authority and Department of Human Services at contested case hearings

The Oregon Health Authority and the Department of Human Services may be represented at contested case hearings by an officer or employee of either the authority or the department, subject to the requirements of ORS 183.452.

Note: 183.453 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 183 or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
