ORS 221.275 Definitions for ORS 221.275 to 221.290

As used in ORS 221.275 to 221.290:

(1)

“Owner” or “owner of a vehicle” means the person listed as the owner of a vehicle in the records of the Department of Transportation.

(2)

“Rental or leasing company” means any person engaged in the business of renting or leasing motor vehicles to the public.
