ORS 221.404 Stay of enforcement of judgment
(1)
A defendant filing notice of appeal from a judgment of conviction and sentence of a misdemeanor described in this subsection does not stay enforcement of the judgment unless the defendant:

A defendant filing notice of appeal from a judgment involving a violation does not automatically stay enforcement of the judgment.
