Chapter 241 — Civil Service for County Employees

ORS 241.070 Qualifications of commissioners

No person shall be appointed a member of the commission who is not a citizen of the United States, a resident of the county for at least three years immediately preceding the appointment and an elector of the county. None of the commissioners shall hold any other public or official position.
