Chapter 241 — Civil Service for County Employees

ORS 241.075 Term of office and removal of commissioners

(1)

The term of office of each commissioner is six years with the term of one commissioner expiring every two years.

(2)

Any commissioner may be removed from office by the board of county commissioners for incompetency, incompatibility or dereliction of duty, or other good cause.
