Chapter 241 — Civil Service for County Employees

ORS 241.225 Qualification for examination; rules

Examinations shall be confined to citizens of the United States who can read and write the English language and who also possess such qualifications as to fitness, habits and moral character as are prescribed by rules of the commission.
