Chapter 242 — Civil Service for City or School District Employees and Firefighters

ORS 242.350 Terms and compensation of commissioners

(1)

Initial appointments of the commissioners shall be as follows: One for two years, one for four years and one for six years. Thereafter each appointment shall be for a term of six years.

(2)

The commissioners shall serve without compensation.
