Chapter 242 — Civil Service for City or School District Employees and Firefighters

ORS 242.760 Qualifications for admission to examination

Examinations shall be given only to persons who possess such qualifications as to residence, age, health, education, citizenship, habits and moral character as are prescribed by the rules of the commission.
