Chapter 274 — Submersible and Submerged Lands

ORS 274.935 Ownership, by nonpublic owner of submersible or submerged lands, of new lands created thereon

Whenever new lands are created upon submersible or submerged lands owned by other than a public body, such new lands shall be owned by the owner of the submersible or submerged lands upon which the new lands are created.
