Chapter 285B — Economic Development II

ORS 285B.081 Repayment and collection; rules

The Oregon Business Development Department shall develop rules governing repayment of loans to the Oregon Business Development Fund and collection of moneys owed the fund. The department may take any action permitted by statute or rule that the department deems necessary for repayment of the loan.

Note: 285B.081 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 285B or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
