Chapter 285B — Economic Development II

ORS 285B.587 Deposit and use of bond proceeds

(1)

Proceeds of revenue bonds issued and sold under ORS 285B.572 to 285B.578 that are to be used to fund loans to municipalities for water projects shall be deposited in the Water Fund.

(2)

Proceeds of revenue bonds issued and sold under ORS 285B.572 to 285B.578 that are to be used to pay the costs of issuing the revenue bonds or that are to be applied to fund a reserve fund for the revenue bonds shall be deposited either in the Water Fund or in a trust account or fund held by any trustee for the revenue bonds. Moneys on deposit in the Water Fund may be transferred to any trustee for the revenue bonds to be applied to the payment of the costs of issuing the revenue bonds or to be applied to fund a reserve fund for the revenue bonds.
