Chapter 329A — Child Care

ORS 329A.025 Information sharing with state agencies; rules

The Early Learning Council shall adopt rules, policies and standards to promote information sharing between the Department of Early Learning and Care, the Department of Human Services and any other state agency providing support to families and children.

Note: 329A.025 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 329A or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
