Chapter 329A — Child Care

ORS 329A.342 Jurisdiction

The Department of Early Learning and Care is not deprived of jurisdiction to proceed with an investigation of or an action or disciplinary proceeding against an individual or a child care facility by the:

(1)

Lapsing, suspension, revocation or voluntary surrender of a certification or registration; or

(2)

Lapsing, suspension, removal or voluntary surrender of an individual’s enrollment in the Central Background Registry established by ORS 329A.030.
