ORS 329A.110 Policy

The Legislative Assembly believes that a resource and referral system involving a statewide network of local resource and referral entities coordinated centrally is essential to long-range solutions to meet the child care needs of communities in this state. Services may be both public and private ventures designed to meet the needs of diverse communities.
