Chapter 408 — Miscellaneous Benefits for Veterans and Service Personnel

ORS 408.518 Agencies’ use of summary of benefits letter to determine eligibility

When determining an applicant’s eligibility for benefits or services that are offered by or through a state agency, the state agency may use a summary of benefits letter from the United States Department of Veterans Affairs.

Note: 408.518 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 408 or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
