Chapter 455 — Building Code

ORS 455.050 Building permits; content

All building permits issued in this state shall contain the following information:

(1)

The name and address of the owner of the building or structure to be constructed or altered under the permit;

(2)

The name and address of the builder or contractor, if known, who will perform the construction or alteration; and

(3)

The street address and legal description or tax lot number of the property on which construction or alteration will occur.

Note: 455.050 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 455 or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
