Chapter 455 — Building Code

ORS 455.479 Application to specialty inspections identified by department

Nothing in ORS 455.455 to 455.477 and 455.897 and section 10, chapter 1045, Oregon Laws 1999, applies to special inspections as described in each specialty code as adopted by the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services.

Note: 455.479 and 455.481 were enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but were not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 455 or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
