Chapter 471 — Alcoholic Liquors Generally

ORS 471.394 Prohibition on sales at both wholesale and retail; prohibition on financial connection between retailer and wholesaler

(1)

Except as provided in ORS 471.396, a person licensed under the provisions of this chapter may not sell alcoholic liquor at both retail and wholesale.

(2)

Except as provided in ORS 471.396, a manufacturer or wholesaler may not acquire or hold any right, title, lien, claim or other interest, financial or otherwise, in, upon or to the premises, equipment, business or merchandise of a retail licensee.

(3)

Except as provided in ORS 471.396, a retail licensee may not acquire or hold any right, title, lien, claim or other interest, financial or otherwise, in, upon or to the premises, equipment, business or merchandise of any manufacturer or wholesaler.
