Chapter 475C — Cannabis Regulation

ORS 475C.033 Application process for all licensees; rules

(1)

An applicant for a license or renewal of a license issued under ORS 475C.005 to 475C.525 shall apply to the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission in the form required by the commission by rule, showing the name and address of the applicant, location of the premises that is to be operated under the license and other pertinent information required by the commission. The commission may not issue or renew a license until the applicant has complied with the provisions of ORS 475C.005 to 475C.525 and rules adopted under ORS 475C.005 to 475C.525.

(2)

The commission may reject any application that is not submitted in the form required by the commission by rule. The commission shall give applicants an opportunity to be heard if an application is rejected. A hearing under this subsection is not subject to the requirements for contested case proceedings under ORS chapter 183.

(3)

Except as provided in subsection (2) of this section, a revocation of, or a refusal to issue or renew, a license issued under ORS 475C.005 to 475C.525 is subject to the requirements for contested case proceedings under ORS chapter 183.
