Chapter 475C — Cannabis Regulation

ORS 475C.121 Exclusively medical licensee designation for marijuana producer

(1)

The Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission shall designate any marijuana producer that holds a license issued under ORS 475C.065 and that is registered under ORS 475C.137 as an exclusively medical licensee if the marijuana producer attests, in a form and manner prescribed by the commission, to:

(a)

Producing marijuana only for medical purposes; and

(b)

Transferring usable marijuana only to marijuana processors registered under ORS 475C.141, marijuana wholesalers registered under ORS 475C.145, marijuana retailers registered under ORS 475C.149, registry identification cardholders and designated primary caregivers.

(2)

If the commission makes a designation under this section, the commission shall keep a record of the designation.
