Chapter 475C — Cannabis Regulation

ORS 475C.309 Prohibition against producing, processing, possessing or storing homegrown marijuana or homemade cannabinoid products, extracts

(1)

A person may not produce, process, possess or store homegrown marijuana, cannabinoid products or cannabinoid concentrates if the homegrown marijuana, cannabinoid products or cannabinoid concentrates can be seen by normal unaided vision from a public place.

(2)

A person may not possess or store a cannabinoid extract if the cannabinoid extract can be seen by normal unaided vision from a public place.

(3)

A violation of subsection (1) or (2) of this section is a Class B violation.
