Chapter 599 — Livestock Auction Markets; Stockyards; Auction Sales

ORS 599.255 Suspension or revocation or refusal to issue or renew licenses

The State Department of Agriculture may revoke or suspend, or refuse to issue or renew the license of any person who does not or has not complied with the provisions of this chapter or the regulations promulgated thereunder.
