Chapter 599 — Livestock Auction Markets; Stockyards; Auction Sales

ORS 599.273 Questions of livestock ownership and possession

After livestock enter the premises of a livestock auction market, if a question of the right of ownership or possession arises, the livestock shall be subject to the provisions of ORS 604.056.
