Chapter 599 — Livestock Auction Markets; Stockyards; Auction Sales

ORS 599.305 Pens and facilities for handling, testing, treating or examining livestock

Each licensee shall provide pens with suitable catching chutes and other facilities for testing, treating, examining, or handling livestock in accordance with the regulations of the State Department of Agriculture.
