ORS 657.085 Employment; service by certain agents, brokers, producers and salespersons excluded

“Employment” does not include service performed by any person as a newspaper advertising salesperson, real estate broker, principal real estate broker, insurance producer or securities salesperson or agent to the extent that the person is compensated by commission.
