Chapter 657 — Unemployment Insurance

ORS 657.140 Wages; exclusion of assistance to individuals under community work and training program

As used in this chapter, “wages” or “remuneration” does not include the amount or value of public assistance provided in cash or in kind in consequence of participation in a community work and training program, as defined in ORS 411.855.
