ORS 660.310 Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act and alternative education programs

For the purposes of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014 (P.L. 113-128), an individual enrolled in an alternative education program as provided by ORS 336.615 to 336.665 may be considered to be an out-of-school youth.
