ORS 660.370 Payment of costs

The payment of costs associated with ORS 660.355 to 660.364 is the responsibility of the Office of the Governor and those costs shall be paid from moneys available for disbursement at the direction of the Governor.

Note: 660.370 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 660 or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
