Chapter 701 — Construction Contractors and Contracts

ORS 701.002 Short title

Chapter 928, Oregon Laws 1989, shall be known as the Construction Contractors Licensing Act.

Note: Legislative Counsel has substituted “chapter 928, Oregon Laws 1989,” for the words “this Act” in section 31, chapter 928, Oregon Laws 1989, compiled as 701.900 and renumbered 701.002 in 2001.
