Chapter 735 — Alternative Insurance

ORS 735.240 Annual statement

The joint underwriting association shall file an annual statement prepared by an independent certified public accountant containing a financial statement, a summary of its transactions and operations for the prior year and other information as prescribed by the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services by rule.
