Chapter 735 — Alternative Insurance

ORS 735.260 Rules

The Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services may adopt all rules necessary to insure the efficient, equitable operation of the market assistance plan or the joint underwriting association, including but not limited to rules requiring or limiting certain policy provisions.
