Chapter 735 — Alternative Insurance

ORS 735.300 Purpose of ORS 735.300 to 735.365

The purpose of ORS 735.300 to 735.365 is to regulate the formation and operation of risk retention groups and purchasing groups in this state formed pursuant to the provisions of the federal Liability Risk Retention Act of 1986 (P.L. 99-563).
