Chapter 803 — Vehicle Title and Registration

ORS 803.473 Effect of unpaid registration fees on issuance of duplicate or replacement certificate of title

On and after September 29, 1991, the Department of Transportation shall not refuse to renew registration, transfer the certificate of title or issue a duplicate or replacement certificate of title for a camper or travel trailer solely on the grounds that prior to September 29, 1991, the owner of the camper or travel trailer owed unpaid registration fees to the department.
