Chapter 803 — Vehicle Title and Registration

ORS 803.605 Erroneous issuance of trip permit; refund of fee

When the Department of Transportation determines that it has erroneously issued a trip permit to a person who did not require the permit, the department may refund to the person any fee the person paid for the permit.

Note: 803.605 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 803 or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
