Chapter 825 — Motor Carriers

ORS 825.127 Permit for local cartage of household goods

The Department of Transportation may grant issuance of a permit to a for-hire carrier engaged in performing local cartage of household goods within areas designated by the department pursuant to ORS 825.240.
