Chapter 837 — Aircraft Operation
ORS 837.080 Prohibited operation of aircraft
(1)
A person commits the offense of prohibited operation of an aircraft if the person operates an aircraft in the air, or on the ground or water:
(a)
While the person is under the influence of intoxicating liquor, drugs or controlled substances.
(b)
In a careless or reckless manner so as to endanger the life or property of another.
(2)
The offense described in this section, prohibited operation of an aircraft, is punishable as provided under ORS 837.990.
