Chapter 837 — Aircraft Operation

ORS 837.990 Penalties

(1)

Except as otherwise provided in this section and subject to ORS 153.022, a person commits a Class A violation if the person violates any provision of this chapter or any rule adopted, or order issued, under this chapter.

(2)

The offense described in ORS 837.080, prohibited operation of an aircraft, is a Class B misdemeanor.
