Chapter 137 — Judgment and Execution; Parole and Probation by the Court
ORS 137.040 Bringing defendant in custody to pronouncement of judgment
If the defendant is in custody, the court shall:
(1)
Direct the officer in whose custody the defendant is to bring the defendant before the court for judgment and the officer shall do so accordingly; or
(2)
Ensure that arrangements for the defendant to appear for judgment by simultaneous electronic transmission as described in ORS 131.045 have been made.
