Chapter 137 — Judgment and Execution; Parole and Probation by the Court
ORS 137.482 Service of documents on defendant
A copy of any document filed in any of the following proceedings shall be served personally on the defendant, even if the defendant is represented by counsel, by providing the copy to the custodian of the defendant, who shall ensure that the copy is provided promptly to the defendant:
A death warrant hearing under ORS 137.463.
A proceeding in which a person other than the defendant seeks to stay execution of the defendant’s sentence of death.
A petition for post-conviction relief filed under ORS 138.510 (2).
