Chapter 137 — Judgment and Execution; Parole and Probation by the Court

ORS 137.229 Duty of Department of Corrections

The Department of Corrections, to the extent that funds are available, shall expand existing and establish new treatment programs for alcohol and drug dependency that meet minimum standards adopted by the Oregon Health Authority pursuant to ORS 430.357.
