Chapter 137 — Judgment and Execution; Parole and Probation by the Court

ORS 137.845 Oregon Treatment Court Grant Program Account

The Oregon Treatment Court Grant Program Account is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund. All moneys in the account are continuously appropriated to the Oregon Criminal Justice Commission for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of ORS 137.843.

137.845. The Oregon Treatment Court Grant Program Account is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund.
